計畫起源 / Project Inception

基地位於發展多時的舊市區，客戶端希望將現有廠房進行改建，於既有市容上創造鮮明的落差。緊鄰商業園區的位址，原先僅為單純住宅性質，故整體上是由居住需求所發展出來的生活樣貌。然而，隨著時代推移、趨勢脈動，人們對空間的需求，已從物質層面的食衣住行等基本功能，擴展至精神層面的育樂活動。

The building site is located in the old urban area with a long history of development, the proprietor hopes to reconstruct the current plant and bring about a distinct discrepancy of the cityscape. The overall life feature of the former genuine residential zone was simply based on the living requirements. However, since it adjacent to the Industry and Commercial Park, with time goes by and the emerging trend, the demands of the living environment has expanded from the basic functions of food, clothing, housing and transportation of material aspects to the spiritual recreation activities.

因此，業主也希望藉由此次的區域改建，肩負起「城市再造」之責任，以空中樓盤住宅結合購物中心的此一概念，讓量體成為明確地標，進而促成「區域引領」之作用；從過去到未來、居住到娛樂、工作到生活，串連起時間、空間與人之間的關係和特性，開啟使用者對未來生活的想像！

Therefore, the proprietor expects to take on the responsibility of "urban transformation" through the regional renovation. By mean of the concept to combine the sky housing with the shopping mall, which bring out a distinct landmark of the building massive, further to play the role of "regional leadership". From the past to the future, from residence to entertainment, work to life, which not only connect the relationship of time, space and human, moreover to inspire people's imagination toward the future life!

設計概念 / Design Notion

樓棟的概念以終為始，透過既有的3C生活，結合未來的5G型態，打造生活機能的便利性，使佇足戶內便能知曉天下事，達至區域間的資訊流通，同時成為鄰里周遭的地區活動核心。而將這樣的想法轉移至建築量體上，我們則直觀地以3和5的形體為發想，透過3塊水平板，延伸至5片流線體，呼應「3C生活」與「5G雲端」的互動連結；既是形體上的突破，亦有對未來城市發展之期許，希望透過建築形象的感染力產生蝴蝶效應，建構園區的未來標的。

By way of the hi-tech life nowadays and amalgamated with the 5th generation of mobile network of future, thence lead to the convenient function of life, so that enable the people to connect with the world without stepping outdoors, and at the same time become the livelihood core of the neighborhood. Therefore attempt to transform the idea to the building mass, intuitively take the notion of number 3 and 5. Via the three horizontal plates at the front, then outstretch to five streamline structures, which work in concert with the interaction between hi-tech life and the 5th generation cloud system. It is not only a breakthrough of the appearance, but also an expectation of the urban development of the future. Hope to launch the butterfly effect by means of the captivating architectural representation, further to construct a target area of the science park in the future!

設計方法 / Design Approach

設計重點1：建築需具自明性 / The building requires being self-evident

建築外觀設計從地表拉升，拋出線性彷如延伸至天際線，透過具象的形體，隱喻抽象的概念；內部隔間則在不破壞原先架構的準則下，以通透玻璃串連場域內外關係。而由材質出發，首要便是俐落乾淨，於是我們採以金屬烤漆與塑料板材的運用，創造簡潔的科技未來感。

The design of the building appearance hoists from the ground surface and stretches out as if extending to the skyline, which attempt to metaphorize the abstract concept through the concrete form. The inner compartments exploit the transparent glass to link the interior and exterior circumstance of the field, most importantly without destroying the original structure. According to deal with the major point of selecting pristine material, therefore take the advantage of metal baking varnish craft and plastic boards to bring about the concise sense of science and technology of future.

設計重點2：寄寓未來發展之期許 / Reflect the expectation of the future development

建物造型上刻意在前端屋頂，以仰角寄寓企業對未來發展之期許，延續至末端螺旋狀；強烈的視覺效果，凸顯創意概念上的重要性，不論從哪一面角度望去，都具不同的寓意，且自成一片風景；從而建構園區的鮮明標的，同時活化城市之未來性。

Deliberately designed the front shape of the building with an elevation angle and stretch to the end of spiral form to reflect the enterprise's expectations for the future development; the stunning visual effect, highlighting the importance of creative concepts, no matter from any perspective, all have remarkable implications and glamorous landscapes; so as to construct a distinctive landmark of the science park, at the same time to activate the futurity of the city!
